Using modern dwarf Type Perennial Ryegrasses and Red Fescue, General Purpose produces a lawn of superior appearance whilst being very hardwearing. Vigorous roots strengthen the turf and give it superior resilience and durability.This excellent, all-round mixture will perform well in the majority of domestic situations. An ideal mixture for overseeding in Spring or Autumn.Fine leaved dwarf Perennial Ryegrass, Creeping Red Fescue.To create and maintain a high quality lawn use an appropriate seedbed fertiliser before sowing. Once the lawn is established apply an appropriate lawn feed as required and overseed the lawn annually.

SOWING DATES Sow between March and October. Young grass will appear within 14-21 days under good growing conditions.

SOWING RATES New Lawn: 35g per sq. metre (1¼ oz per sq. yard) Overseeding: 25g per sq. metre (¾ oz per sq. yard). MOWING HEIGHT New Lawn: When grass is 5-8cm (2-3in) high, cut for the first time.

Trim lightly and gradually lower blades to an ideal cutting height of 25mm (1in). Subsequent Cuts: Mow regularly but try not to remove more than a third of the growth at any one time.

Delivery Charges

Each item has a different delivery charge, but most small items are charged at £4.99 for UK mainland customers, whilst large items are charged at higher rates. Delivery starts at £9.00 for Non-UK mainland customers including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands.
