By visiting our website and placing an order, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of sale.
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. The courier company will make three attempts to deliver your parcel. If after this time, they are still unable to deliver, the parcel will be returned to us. If the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, the customer will have to pay the delivery charge on the order again in order for us to re-deliver the parcel.
Please contact us in writing (emails to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org) if have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch, and we will trace the whereabouts of your parcel with the courier company. If a missing parcel is not reported to us within this time, we will be unable to send a replacement.
Damages, Faults Or Missing Parts
· Once you receive your order, we request that you check it immediately for any discrepancies or problems.
· Any discrepancies, including faults, damages or missing parts, must be reported within 5 working days of receiving the order.
· Faulty, damaged or incomplete orders must be reported by sending an email to email@example.com. Please allow up to 3 working days for a reply.
· Once we receive your email, and depending on the case, we will offer one of the following options:
a. A replacement of the faulty or damaged part or product. Where only a part of the order is damaged or faulty, we will only be able to offer a replacement of that particular part or product.
b. A refund of the order. We may require the product to be returned before a refund will be issued.
c. A replacement of the missing part or product.
· If you change your mind about your purchase, are not happy with the product, or no longer require the product, and would like to return the item for refund, you must report your request for return within 5 working days of receiving your order.
· All items must then be returned in their original, unopened condition, and posted back to:

· We recommend you use a tracked postal service to return your item, as we cannot be held liable for any products that go missing during transit.
· Once we receive your returned item, we will check to verify that it has been returned in the appropriate condition.
· Your refund will then be processed and the money will be returned to you via the same method of payment used when placing the order.
· We will issue a refund on the product purchase price of the product. Any shipping charges incurred in returning the product to us must be incurred by the customer.
· If you purchased the product via a third party, such as a daily deal site, the refund will be processed directly by the third party concerned, and not by us.
· It may take up to 7 working days to process a refund once we receive your returned item back to us.
